Refund policy

At Three Voices Studio, customer satisfaction is a priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase and confident in your decision to support our art.

Returns

We accept returns with 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurnace, as Three Voices Studio cannot be responsible for artwork that is lost or damaged while being returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you as to the status of your refund.
